AIRLINE TICKETS
You and your guest will be ticketed roundtrip from your home city to Queenstown International Airport. Please do not purchase tickets on your own, as they will be managed directly through Solera’s designated travel provider, UniGlobe VIP Travel. This will allow us to manage your arrival and departure ground transportation smoothly and efficiently. Please work with UniGlobe for your seat assignment.
Your travel will be booked to arrive in Queenstown by 4:00 pm on April 19th. Your return flight may depart at any time on April 24th. You may also extend your trip or travel on to another destination in the area at your own cost. You can indicate interest in these options during registration, and we will put you in touch with local ground teams to support your plans and help make suggestions for your trip.
You will need to secure a visa ahead of time to depart your city of Origin into New Zealand. You will need to do this yourself, as soon as you are booked, with this website: NZ Visa.

-
You and your guest are approved for a round trip coach-class, upgradeable fare.
-
We will work to accommodate your preferred airline, however, the most cost-effective rates may be available through alternate carriers. Queenstown is a small airport, servicing only a few major airlines, such as United or Qantas. Air New Zealand is the major supplier in the area.
-
In the event you would like to upgrade your class of ticket to Premium or Business, you may do so at your own expense.
-
Once your coach-class ticket has been issued by the UniGlobe VIP Travel Team, you can then contact the airline directly and utilize your personal points or credit card to secure the preferred upgraded seats.
-
Please note, we will work to secure pre-assigned seats in advance for all passengers during the ticketing process. In the event we are unable to secure seats, please contact skaufman@etherio.com so that we may purchase available seats in the coach cabin prior to your departure date.
-
Reminder, your valid passport’s expiration date must have a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of arrival in Queenstown.
After completing your registration, you will receive a proposed flight itinerary based on the information you provided during the registration process. Respond to the email with your approval or requested modifications. Please double check the following for accuracy for yourself and your guest:
-
Your correct, full name as shown on your passport.
-
Travel dates.
-
City of departure.
Occasionally, airlines make unannounced schedule or equipment changes, so we recommend you download the airline app for the most up-to-date schedule and notifications prior to travel. You can view your itinerary and seat assignments via the airline app or online 24/7. You may enter your passport details via the airline website once you receive your ticket confirmation.
PRE OR POST TRAVEL
Please note, if you choose to extend your trip before or after the program dates, you will be responsible for any cost associated with the deviation. Solera will ONLY be responsible for securing your international flight along with hotel arrangements in Queenstown.

· All expenses that deviate outside of the program are the responsibility of the PC qualifier.
· All PTO must be approved by qualifier’s Solera manager.
· The registration page waiver specifies the terms listed above along with the explicit disclaimer around Solera’s release of liability.

AIRPORT ARRIVAL
If you fly through Auckland, note that you’ll have to depart the international terminal and transfer to the domestic terminal. You can walk (15 minutes), or take a shuttle.
Upon arrival in Queenstown, a Solera Events team member will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign. We will then escort you to baggage and to the transfer.
